Make the tomato salsa by mixing the tomatoes, apple vinegar, clove of garlic, olive oil, pepper and salt.
Siege 2 slices of Biaform Multicereal or Wholegrain with the butternut spread and the tomato salsa. Cover with 2 slices of Parma ham. Finish with some basil leaves, Parmesan cheese flakes and pumpkin seeds. Cover with the other slices of bread.
Put both sandwiches on each other and keep together with a wooden stick.
