Cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters. Chop the spring onion and the parsley leave.

Siege 2 slices of Biaform Provital with mayonnaise and put the cherry tomatoes and grey shrimps on top. Season with pepper and salt and finish with the parsley and spring onion.

If you wish, you can replace the mayonnaise with a light dressing or yoghurt.
